- THE SMOOTH OPERATORThe most improved building across multiple sustainability categories achieved solely through improved operations and maintenance and/or retrocommissioning. (Awardee: Operator; Required Team Member: Owner)
- THE REFORMED GAS GUZZLERThe greatest percentage reduction in building energy use. (Awardee: Operator or Engineer; Required Team Members: Owner, Operator)
- SHINE A LIGHT ON METhe greatest percentage reduction in building lighting energy consumption or lighting power density. (Awardee: Lighting Designer, Required Team Member: Owner)
- THE REFORMED DRINKERThe greatest percentage reduction in indoor and outdoor potable water use. (Awardee: Operator or Plumbing Engineer; Required Team Members: Owner, Operator)
- IT TAKES A VILLAGEThe most improved commercial tenant space across multiple sustainability categories. (Awardee: Your Choice; Required Team Members: Group Leader[s])
- VERDANT BRAINIACThe most scalable green renovation project, particularly one that is innovative and overcame significant challenges. Demonstration of scalability may include implementation across a portfolio of buildings. (Awardee: your choice; Required Team Members: Owner, Operator)
